Arlington, VA, USA, March 24, 2016 -- National Grid, an investor-owned utility, announced that it has selected Opower (NYSE: OPWR) for a multi-year partnership to deliver personalized communications and energy insights to its residents across New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
The agreement marks a significant expansion of programs in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and the addition of residents in New York who will have access to online energy insights.
"Our partnership with Opower is part of National Grid’s commitment to providing a modern, 21st century utility experience to our customers," said Terry Sobolewski, Chief Customer Officer of National Grid.
