News : Nawras Launches New Self-Care App for Customers
Sept 8, 2014 -- Nawras has launched a new version of their self-service app to give customers access to their accounts, subscriptions and more at their fingertips. Available on Google Play, iTunes store and through a website URL for smartphones and non-smartphones users, both prepaid and postpaid customers will have instant anytime access to their Nawras account, the latest products, services and offers.
The new Self-Care App means that customers will be able to check their current use and remaining balance, make bill payments, recharge using bank cards and recharge vouchers, transfer credit to another Nawras user and subscribe to data bundles and plans.
The app also allows customers to join the Nawras Elite customer loyalty programme, check their Elite points balance and get a Nawras elite digital card with a full list of partners and offers. They can also get in touch with the Nawras Contact Centre, check out the latest frequently asked questions, get technical support, retrieve their PUK code, report a lost SIM and find their nearest Nawras store and self-service machine.
Feras Al Shaikh, Nawras Director, Consumer Sales, said, "MyNawras is designed to put our customers in control of their accounts. Customers have been telling us that they want the freedom to do a number of account management activities from their smartphones and feature phones, when they want to, without having to call our customer contact centre. We listened and we are convinced that the new MyNawras app is a step forward in our goal to providing exceptional customer service across all channels. All customers have to do to gain access is to download MyNawras and then log in by using their existing MyNawras username and password or registering within the app for new users"
