News : NCR to Acquire Cloud-based Back Office Provider
Duluth, Ga., March 1, 2016 -- NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR), a global provider in consumer transaction technologies, announced that it has completed the acquisition of CimpleBox, Inc., a provider of simplified SaaS-based back-office software to restaurant operators and retailers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Already integrated with the NCR Silver™ mobile point-of-sale solution portfolio, the CimpleBox software suite helps businesses reduce the amount of time spent on manual procesases, consolidates data and scheduling across multiple sites and gives management visibility into the business and day-to-day operations.
