News : NEC Inks IT Services Deal with DFAT
New South Wales, Australia, Aug 17, 2015 -- The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) has signed an IT services contract with NEC Australia.
Under the four-year contract, the local arm of the Japanese tech provider will be charged with the department's Global Support Centre Services, which support users at sites globally.
During its time with DFAT, NEC Australia will also undertake a body of work to improve the department's IT service capabilities through the delivery of a new IT service management tool, and the introduction of industry standard service delivery processes.
