News : NEC Provides Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific with Enhanced End-user Computing Management
Singapore, Aug 22, 2019 -- NEC Asia Pacific (NEC APAC) announced the successful commencement of a managed end-user computing service for Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific.
This three-year managed service contract provides a centralized 24/7 multi-lingual IT service desk to support and troubleshoot for desktop workstations for users across markets/offices in the Asia Pacific region (*1). On-site engineers are deployed in Fuji Xerox’s regional offices to ensure quick resolutions to any issues. NEC also manages end-to-end asset lifecycles, from procurement and installation to replacement of devices, as part of this agreement.

NEC’s offering leverages IT tools, such as an AI-based chatbot for routine inquiries, a self-help user portal and an automated engineer assignment system, to reduce downtime and shorten overall recovery times.
