News : NetByNet Opens Call Centre in Cheboksary
August 18, 2014 -- Russian operator NetByNet, a subsidiary of the mobile operator Megafon, has launched its new call centre in the city of Cheboksary, reports Comnews.ru.
The new call centre will enable the operator to respond to customer calls within 30 seconds, according to Andrey Batanov, the CEO of the company NetByNet Holding.
Some 50 staff already work in the new centre, and the total will be expanded to 400 employees in the first quarter of 2015.
