News : NetEnrich Chooses IR Prognosis to Power UC Managed Services
Denver, CO, USA, Dec 4, 2018 -- IR, a global provider of experience management solutions for unified communications (UC) and contact centers, announced that NetEnrich, a technology enabled IT operations and infrastructure provider, has selected IR Prognosis for UC to proactively monitor and manage their customers’ complex multi-vendor Unified Communications environments to optimize their service delivery operations and deliver the best user experience possible for customers.
To ensure that its UC solutions for its clients deliver the optimal experience, NetEnrich deployed Prognosis for UC Service Provider edition as part of its multi-tenant hosted UCaaS solution.
