Lysaker, Norway, Oct 19, 2018 -- Scandinavian systems integrator NetNordic said it has won an order to supply its NetNordic UC Flex customer contact service to French paper and packaging company Antalis, which was formed from the merger of about 40 international paper distributors, covering various Arjowiggins legacy brands.
NetNordic said that Antalis will only have to pay for its monthly usage. NetNordic UC Flex enables Antalis to direct customer calls to the most appropriate operative. It also has call-back and auto attendant functions.
