News : New Clients Lead to Call Center Jobs
Lafayette, Ind., May 12, 2014 -- Alorica, a worldwide provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announces that it has expanded its client support with the addition of two new client relationships. The company is also growing its existing business with the current client that is housed in the Lafayette facility. This means over 150 new employees will be hired to join the Alorica team.

Alorica is hiring immediately to fill the ongoing new hire training classes. A special career fair will be held this week at the Alorica facility.
The company is looking primarily for customer service agents that will be provided paid training, an hourly base pay rate while in production, and the opportunity to make additional incentives. Employees need a high school diploma (or GED), general computer knowledge and customer service skills in order to be considered for employment. Management and support personnel will also be hired for during the aggressive ramp.
