News : New Improvements with the State’s Call Center System
Lincoln, NB, USA, July 8, 2016 -- New improvements with the state’s call center system for public benefits are helping provide faster service.
AccessNebraska now takes applications over the phone and sends notifications via email to clients, the State Department of Health and Human Services announced Thursday.
Gov. Pete Ricketts called the improvement another way HHS is making its services more customer friendly.
People wanting to receive email notices can sign up online.
