New International Marketing Manager for ContactCenterWorld.com
Istanbul, Turkey. ContactCenterWorld.com – the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices with over 140,000 members worldwide, is pleased to announce the appointment of Elif Diplen as International Marketing Manager.
Prior to joining ContactCenterWorld, Diplen was a marketing specialist at CMC Turkey, an award winning outsourcing company where she was involved in numerous marketing and branding programs. She has also held sales positions with Asseco SEE Teknoloji A.S. and Avea.
In her new role, Elif will work alongside ContactCenterWorld.com President, Raj Wadhwani and she will assist in several marketing programs to further develop our presence internationally
