The Comsys IVR flow builder is a graphical web-based tool in which customers can create, change and active IVR dialogues. It contains many flow building block which enables customers to create any IVR dialogue they want/need.
The IVR solution is suitable for and already running at mobile operators, enterprises, fixed line operators, cable companies, virtual operators and MVNE platforms.
