News : NewNet Communication Technologies Acquires VoltDelta Resources
Arlington Heights, IL, Dec 4, 2014 -- Global network services provider NewNet Communication Technologies, a Skyview Capital company, announces it has signed an agreement to acquire Volt Delta Resources, LLC. (VoltDelta), a global cloud-based contact center provider and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences (OTC:VISI).
VoltDelta provides cloud-based contact center services and voice self-service applications to organizations around the world. Headquartered in New York with global operations and data centers in North America, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
"The acquisition of the VoltDelta represents a significant milestone in the evolution of NewNet's product portfolio and market focus. The combination of these two businesses provides significant scale to NewNet and allows us to expand our telecom services to additional geographies and customer groups.
