Amsterdam/UK, Jan 21, 2015 -- NewVoiceMedia, a cloud contact centre vendor, has helped alternative finance company Platform Black win ‘Best Payables Supplier Financing Solution’ at Global Finance magazine’s World’s Best Supply Chain Finance Providers Awards.
Announced today in Amsterdam during the BAFT Europe Bank to Bank Forum, the winners of the eighth annual awards were selected by Global Finance’s editorial team, with input from industry analysts, corporate executives and technology experts. Selection was based on criteria ranging from market share, to client-specific implementations.
Platform Black has transformed its sales operation with NewVoiceMedia’s true cloud contact centre technology. The business deployed ContactWorld for Sales and Marketing, with Salesforce integration, to drive sales effectiveness.
