News : NewVoiceMedia Strengthens Leadership Team With Senior Appointment
NewVoiceMedia, a provider of cloud contact centre solutions, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Kev Willers as SVP Services.
Willers will be responsible for global pre-sales and services and brings more than 23 years’ IT industry experience to NewVoiceMedia. Kev joins from salesforce.com, where he was responsible for customer success and partner programmes. He has also held leadership positions at Symantec and Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).
