News : Nextel Opens Call Centre in Northeast Brazil
Prazeres, Jaboatao dos Guararapes, Brazil, September, 2016 -- Nextel Brasil has opened its operations centre in Northeast Brazil, located in Prazeres, Jaboatao dos Guararapes, in the Metropolitan Region of Recife.
The call centre, run in partnership with Tivit, required an investment of BRL 80 million and will employ 2,000 people. The unit will serve Nextel's customers throughout Brazil.
