News : NextiraOne Achieves Re-certification as Genesys Partner
Paris, France 14 January, 2010 -- NextiraOne announces its subsidiaries in Iberia and Italy have successfully completed the re-certification process as a Genesys Gold Suite Certified Partner. By recertifying these two regions NextiraOne adds to the growing number of countries with Gold Suite Certified Partner status in EMEA. NextiraOne has achieved this level of certifications and expertise in more countries than any other Genesys partner in the European region.
The company has implemented more than 400 standard and advanced Genesys solutions for over 500,000 agents. Italy and Iberia join France, DACH, Benelux and Eastern and Central Europe, demonstrating the wide regional spread of expertise that NextiraOne possesses in this key technology.
The Gold Certification initiative is key to the foundation of the Genesys Partner Program. Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel-Lucent company (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU), launched the certification program in 2005 to meet the needs of its growing customer community by enhancing Genesys skills available through partners. The program provides a framework for partners to manage Genesys competency and quality, and be recognized for technical expertise and superior record of customer service.
