News : Nimble Integrates Social CRM Features
Oct 28, 2013 -- Nimble, a "social relationship management" tool that marries existing contact records with social activities, has integrated its technology with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook 2013.
The Nimble App for Outlook works by generating customer relationship management information from within email, creating message histories for both teams and social activity; and matching social profiles to contacts so that small-business owners, managers or sales teams can build even richer information about existing customers, prospects and business partners. It will help provide even more context around incoming messages from individuals that you may or may not know.
"We are all inundated by too many email messages from people we don't know," said Nimble CEO Jon Ferrara.
"There's no doubt that providing contextual information about contacts helps business relationships flourish, and that connecting that capability to Microsoft Office within Outlook is a logical step, making Nimble a welcome addition to the Office Store," said Dene Cleaver, senior product manager, Office and SharePoint Store, Microsoft.
