News : NLMK Announces New Sales Service Centre
Moscow, Russia, June 23, 2015 -- Russian steelmaker NLMK has opened a sales service centre in Russia to serve its domestic and international clients.
According to NLMK the new sales service centre was set up to improve service levels and develop stronger consumer interaction, including users of the company’s Quend and Quard steel plates produced in Belgium and sold on the Russian market.

NLMK’s vice president of sales, Ilya Gushchin described the sales service centre as a one-stop shop for customer requests and a place where long-term productive co-operation can be initiated. "All the client needs to do is place a call to the contact centre, regardless of where they are located," Gushchin said.
