News : Noble CallTech Total Contact Improves Mobile Number Management
Sydney, AU, Oct 22, 2014 -- Noble Systems Corporation, a global provider of contact centre technology solutions, has released Noble(R) CallTech™ Total Contact to enable contact centres to better manage calls to mobile numbers. This new tool uses analytics and decisioning to determine the best time to contact customers differentiating mobile versus landline numbers, and improves management of calls to wireless phones to maintain compliance with regulations.
