News : Noble Systems Announces ‘Innovations Award’ Winners at SNUG APAC 2016
Sydney, Australia, Aug 16, 2016 -- Noble Systems, a global provider in unified contact centre technology solutions, presented its "Innovations Award" to deserving clients at the company’s 2016 Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) APAC conference – a gathering of Noble Systems clients and partners – held earlier this month in Melbourne, Australia.
The Innovations Awards recognise Noble Systems clients who help Noble build and test new features, use existing features in creative ways, and are early adopters of new technologies. These innovations are beneficial to Noble’s entire user base, as new functionality is developed and made available to other customers.

The winners of the 2016 awards are:
Kidney Health Australia for adopting a virtual environment for its Noble Unified Communications platform and integrating automated services to improve the customer experience.
VicRoads for taking its workforce scheduling beyond the contact centre, extending Noble ShiftTrack WFM to manage forecasting and planning in its face-to-face customer service sites.
