News : Air India Express Call Centre Available Round-the-clock
Kochi, India, June 8, 2015 -- The Air India Express call centre facility will be available to passengers at a new number from June nine. The Centre would provide assistance round-the-clock on all days of the week, a release said.
Language options of Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English would be available to answer any flight or booking related enquiries, it said adding that passengers would be able to book flight tickets or change their bookings through this call centre.
They would also be able to book extra baggage or block specific seats and all credit card payments will be through secure IVRS channels, it added.
