News : Noridian Healthcare Solutions Promotes Two
Jan 2, 2015 -- Fargo-based Noridian Healthcare Solutions has promoted Pam Gordon to vice president of the Provider Call Center and Becky Gunderson to director of Parts A and B Medical Review for Jurisdiction E and F.
Gordon is responsible for all areas of provider customer service for Jurisdictions F and E contracts including Part A and B inquiries, provider enrollment, phone and written re-openings and user security. Gordon is also responsible for metrics and quality call standards for all Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Gordon began her Noridian career in January 1989 as a hearing officer and was promoted to director of Provider Call Center in April 2013. Gordon earned her Certified Professional Coders Certificate from Clarkson College in Omaha, Neb., and attended North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeto, N.D.
Gunderson is responsible for the leadership of the Part A and B Medical Review teams, Part A Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) and the Asbestosis pilot program.
Gunderson began her Noridian career in 1990 as a medical review examiner, and subsequently served as the Medical Review team leader, CMS coordinator and Jurisdiction F claims processing manager. Gunderson earned a degree as a registered nurse from St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Fargo and a master of science degree in nursing from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D.
