News : North Charleston Outsourcing Firm Adding 200 Jobs
Oct 23 2014 -- A customer-service outsourcing firm is adding 200 full-time jobs in North Charleston to support a client in the health care business, the governor's office said.
Hiring at APAC Customer Services Inc. is underway.
"The positions will include both team leader and back-office customer care roles," according to a statement.
APAC is an Illinois-based subsidiary of Expert Global Solutions Inc. Its local office is at 4275 Bridge View Drive, which it shares with a sister company, NCO Financial Systems Inc.
The state's readySC program is helping APAC screen and train prospective hires.
