News : North Tyneside College Answers Call for Course
Wallsend, England, UK, May 2, 2016 -- Wallsend’s Tyne Metropolitan College is helping US-based call centre firm Sitel create a training programme for its employees in the north east.
Sitel employs thousands of people all over the world, including more than 600 at its North Tyneside site, at Benton’s Balliol Business Park, and it is now putting together a new leadership and management course for them.
TyneMet business development executive Andrea Condra said: "This is a unique and exciting training opportunity for us, bringing a boost to the region’s higher-level skills base.
