News : Nos Launches Contact Center SaaS
Lisbon, Portugal, July 19, 2017 -- Portuguese operator Nos Comunicacoes has expanded its activities to a new business segment and started to market integrated contact centre platforms.
The new offering called 'Contact Center aaS' is the result of a partnership with GoContact and completes the portfolio of corporate products of Nos.
The cloud-based service offers a multichannel view of customer interactions, without the need for a large initial investment and offering the flexibility to grow with the evolving needs of the company.
