News : NOVO 1 Rebranding as Dialog Direct and More
Holland, Mich., Jan. 31, 2014 -- The NOVO 1 contact center in Holland is about to undergo a name change.
The recent investment by Glencoe Capital in Troy-based Dialogue Marketing brings together NOVO 1 and Budco to form DIALOG DIRECT, a new entity to better reflect the combined efforts of the parent company’s marketing and customer care businesses, a NOVO 1 spokesperson said.
There are no staffing changes planned at the 500-employee call center at 1351 S. Waverly road as a result of the rebranding announcement, NOVO 1 Chief Marketing Officer Jack Wilkie said.
"The new name signifies a new era for our organization with new capabilities as a premier provider of data-based marketing and customer-experience solutions," Wilkie said. "We wanted a name, logo and tagline that blended elements of all former companies now under the DIALOG DIRECT brand."
The transition and name change are expected to be completed early in the second quarter of this year.
