News : NTT Communications, Arkadin Launch UC-Connect Service in Europe
London, UK, Dec 4, 2018 -- NTT Communications and Arkadin have launched a cloud-based service dubbed 'NTT Communications UC-Connect' in Europe. The service is designed to meet the collaboration needs of mid-market multinational businesses. The platform leverages NTT Communications' SD-WAN capabilities and Arkadin's UC technology to deliver a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) service from a single partner.
The cloud-based offering enhances business collaboration through services including enterprise voice, team collaboration, video, conferencing, PSTN calling plans, a contact centre, intelligent bandwidth control and application performance and response times with application acceleration.
