The project itself is considered a Phase II project, specifically related to load/performance testing for their new CCC solutions deployment. As with many government projects, public tender requests go out and are rigorously compared in terms of specifications and price. Load testing is required to ensure the ministry solution meets their tight quality standards; service standards guarantee that calls through a call center are answered within two minutes.
"We are proud to announce that our services were chosen for this government load testing project" stated Mr. Gilles Hurteau, Vice President of R&D. "We are confident in our ability and expertise in testing. When paired with our proven testing methodology and our innovative and powerful platform our clients come out ahead of the game ensuring the performance of their solutions. The winning of this project reinforces the strength of our testing offers and reiterates our leadership in the field."
