News : Ocular Technologies Makes CIOReview's Top 20 List
Johannesburg, South Africa, Nov 6, 2015 -- Contact centre solutions provider, Ocular Technologies, has been chosen by CIOReview as one of the top 20 most promising contact centre technology solution providers in the world. The annual list of companies is selected by a panel, comprised of a mix of experts and members of the US based magazine's editorial board, to recognise and promote technology entrepreneurship.
This year, CIOReview evaluated hundreds of companies in this segment that offer innovative technologies, methodologies and outstanding customer service. The final selection showcased those vendors that were able to fulfil the demand for flexible and cost-effective solutions that add value to the contact centre landscape.
