Johannesburg, South Africa, Nov 6, 2015 -- Contact centre solutions provider, Ocular Technologies, has been chosen by CIOReview as one of the top 20 most promising contact centre technology solution providers in the world. The annual list of companies is selected by a panel, comprised of a mix of experts and members of the US based magazine's editorial board, to recognise and promote technology entrepreneurship.
This year, CIOReview evaluated hundreds of companies in this segment that offer innovative technologies, methodologies and outstanding customer service. The final selection showcased those vendors that were able to fulfil the demand for flexible and cost-effective solutions that add value to the contact centre landscape.
For Ocular Technologies, the distinction was awarded for its contact centre interaction management and optimisation platforms, along with its cloud-based solutions and services.
"We are honoured and delighted that Ocular Technologies has been recognised by CIO Review's panel of experts and thought leaders as a top global contact centre technology solution provider," said Pommie Lutchman, CEO. "With the drive towards the cloud, social media and CX, we have developed a feature rich, scalable, flexible and cost-effective solution, which is leading the pack: O!Connect."
