News : Office Move Unlocks Call Cost Savings for Conciliation Resources
Teliqo has announced that Conciliation Resources, the peace-building international NGO, is benefiting from a reduction in its telephony costs following its deployment of a Teliqo Direct hosted telephony solution. When an office move required a new telephony approach, Conciliation Resources – whose employees regularly travel overseas – opted for Teliqo as its hosted service equips employees with their own single number regardless of their international location.
At any one time almost a third of Conciliation Resources staff are located abroad for more than three months at a time - in locations as diverse as Eastern and Central Africa, South America and former Soviet Union states. The telephony solution - Teliqo Direct - supports remote working as standard.
"We needed an approach that reflected and supported our global way of working," said Conciliation Resources Director of Operations, Michael Waterson. "We also wanted flexibility so that we could scale to support our expanding user base, as well as guaranteed service provision, with our phones up and running from the moment we moved into the new offices.
Teliqo’s Chief Executive Officer, Simon Hochhauser, added: "Conciliation Resources now has a fully featured phone system for its new premises, including call reporting, full multi-room conferencing and ring group control – all of which can be managed internally via Teliqo Director, our system’s user-friendly management portal.

The Teliqo Direct service is available for a single, simple monthly fee per user, with no capital outlay, no additional connectivity charges, no call mark-ups or hardware and no software costs. Teliqo supports its customers directly from the UK with direct access to the company’s technology specialists included.
