The company said it has revamped the "structure of its customer service organization," resulting in the planned closure of the facility at 57 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road.
"We anticipate this facility closure will permanent and will result in three hundred and thirty-four (334) Teleperformance USA employees being released from employment," the company said.
The company has laid off workers elsewhere in recent months.
It closed a Grand Rapids, Mich.-area call center in late September 2018, affecting 140 employees.
In 2017, 274 employees were affected when the company closed a call center in Abilene, Texas.
Mark Pfeiffer, a Teleperformance executive vice president of external communications, could not be reached for comment.
