News : Oi Gets Less Consumer Complaints in 2017
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, March 10, 2017 -- Brazilian operator Oi started 2017 with an improvement in quality indicators, reports Paranashop. In January of this year, the company more than halved entries to the Special Civil Courts, compared from the year earlier.
Complaints against the company recorded by Anatel's call centre fell by more than 20 percent. Meanwhile, complaints to consumers association Procon fell 15 percent in January, from the year earlier.
