News : Oi Improves KPI Reporting with SAS
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Aug 18,2015 -- Brazilian operator Oi has been using a SAS Virtual Analytics tool for the past year, with the aim of speeding up the generation of data, access to information and decision making.
According to SAS, the system allowed the company to increase productivity and the number of KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) monitored.
With the software, Oi reduced from a day to two hours the time required to produce reports. The Visual Analytics provides a single interface for information related to four CRM systems of Oi and three call centre providers.
