News : Omniquo Announces AppConnect Partnership With Talkdesk
Sunnyvale, CA, USA, July, 2017 -- Omniquo is proud to announce that they'll be joining Talkdesk's AppConnect, the first enterprise app store. Talkdesk, a provider of cloud-based contact center software, announced AppConnect earlier this year at Opentalk, their annual thought leadership event in San Francisco.
Omniquo will provide its domain conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) product to offer intelligent agents to Talkdesk's customers. These intelligent agents will engage in real-time natural conversation with customers or prospects by chat or SMS to carry on a bidirectional parlay.
