News : Onapsis Appoints New SVP of Customer Experience, Services and Solutions
Boston, MA, Nov 12, 2014 -- Onapsis, a global provider in business-critical application security, has appointed Stephen Higgins as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Services and Solutions.
Higgins joins Onapsis from Sophos, where he was Vice President of Global Professional Services and was responsible for security consulting, risk management, design, implementation, training and the management of critical customer support. He was also responsible for solution development in key markets, including healthcare, financial services and retail, and was instrumental in supporting the company's move to SaaS and cloud-based solutions. Previous positions include heading up professional services at Utimaco and seven years as a director of the security practice at EMC Corporation. Prior to EMC, Higgins held several sales, services and management positions at IBM.
At Onapsis, Higgins will report to Mariano Nunez, CEO, and manage the Customer Experience, Services and Solutions team. He will be responsible for ensuring that implementation and support is in line with customer expectations.
