Beverly, MA, Dec 25, 2013 -- OnBrand24, a Massachusetts call center services provider serving companies in the Boston area and nationwide, announces the opening of two new call center outsourcing facilities and the expansion of its outbound B2B lead generation and inbound customer service call center staff.
To handle the growth, OnBrand24 has hired more than 100 new employees over the past six months.
OnBrand24, which provides customer service call center and B2B lead generation services, reflects a growing trend in the call center services industry: "onsourcing." American companies, having encountered the language barriers of low-cost offshore call centers, are returning to U.S. based call center services providers for customer service outsourcing and B2B lead generation.
During 2013 OnBrand24 opened a new call center services facility in Savannah, Georgia, with plans to hire up to 50 new employees, who will handle both customer service call center services as well as B2B lead generation. The company also opened a new call center services facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, providing customer service outsourcing services.
