News : Ooma and Talkdesk Bring Contact Center Platform to Ooma Enterprise Customers
Sunnyvale, CA, USA, Aug 22, 2018 -- Ooma, Inc., a smart communications platform for businesses and consumers, announced that Ooma Enterprise will integrate the Talkdesk contact center platform into its business phone solution.
Ooma Enterprise is a customizable and scalable unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) offering for mid-sized and large enterprises.
Talkdesk will also add Ooma Enterprise to its Talkdesk AppConnect store.
