News : Open Mobile Moves Call Centre to Dominican Republic
July 23, 2014 -- Puerto Rican telecoms operator Open Mobile has dismissed 50 employees following the company's decision to migrate its call centre to the Dominican Republic.
Open Mobile provides mobile telephony services in Puerto Rico through both 3G and 4G LTE technologies.
Open Mobile is owned by M/C Partners and Columbia Capital, which acquired Movistar's assets in Puerto Rico in 2007.
