News : Operational Start and Official Opening at the CCC Location in Biel
Biel, Switzerland, June 3, 2016 -- On 1st of June the City President of Biel Erich Fehr and CEO Christian Legat officially opened the location of Competence Call Center (CCC) in Biel and thus gave the starting signal for the operational business.
After a successful and comprehensive training phase the first 50 employees are now answering telephony and written customer inquiries.
CCC will grow to 150 employees in the coming months; the following expansion to a team of around 250 is planned. The company is still hiring engaged employees, who want to actively support and participate in the locations´ growth:
"For our project in the Telecommunications Industry we are looking forward to more candidates with excellent knowledge skills in Swiss German. In addition, skills in French, Italian or English are of advantage. In an extensive training and familiarization period our employees are optimally prepared for their future tasks. We look forward to many applications and the further enhancement to our team," said Dana Waschk, Human Resources Management, CCC.
CCC offers its employees diversified tasks in a modern office and for top partners. Internal further trainings and career opportunities complete the offer for the new team in Biel.
At the opening festivities the City President of Biel, Erich Fehr was happy about the settlement of CCC and said: "Thanks to its Multilingualism Biel is the ideal location for an international service provider like CCC. Thanks to the engagement of the Urban Promotion of Economic Development Organisation it was possible to offer CCC attractive premises. I am happy that CCC decided in favor for the city center of Biel."
