News : Optima Direct Workers to be Transferred to Optima Telekom
Jan 5, 2015 -- As part of the process of reorganising operations at Croatia's Optima Telekom group, the employment contract for 190 workers from affiliated company Optima Direct will be transferred to Optima Telekom.
This change will set the prerequisites for increasing efficiency, improving competencies and improving sales processes in the ordinary course of business.
Optima Direct is responsible for contact centre activities and direct and indirect sales.
