News : Optus Business Scores Contract from Australian Taxation Office

Sydney, Australia, Oct 6, 2020 -- Optus Business has scored a managed network services contracts with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

The telco’s enterprise services division was awarded five contracts, each holding an initial three-year term with three two-year extension options.

As part of the deal, Optus Business will deliver fixed voice services, mobile and bulk SMS services), unified communications and collaboration, contact centre and network management services for the ATO.

AusTender listings said the contract periods are from 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2023, apart from mobile and bulk SMS, which runs from 28 August 2020 to 27 August 2023.
