News : Optus Deploys 7's Chat in the Optus Mobile App
Sydney Australia, July 15, 2014 -- 7, a customer experience company, announces that Optus, an Australian provider in integrated communications and a wholly-owned subsidiary of SingTel, has deployed 7's mobile chat capability in the Optus mobile app, allowing consumers to chat with Optus customer service from a mobile device.
Optus has been using 7 Assist, which is a smart chat platform, to help chat agents give personalized service to consumers. Consumers have become used to Optus' helpful service through chat on their laptop or desktop PC. Now they can get the same friendly service on their mobile device.
