News : Orange City Water Starts Customer Service Week
Nagpur, Sept 18, 2014 -- Private water operator Orange City Water Private Limited (OCW) has started a weeklong Comprehensive Customer Service Week beginning from Wednesday. As per the company, it will accept complaints and resolve them within seven days.
Under the drive, OCW will make available mobile vans at 10 zones from 9am to 11am, 12pm to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm up to September 23. A three-member team including service point manager, customer service officer and team leader will receive the complaints.
Consumers can lodge complaint related to water bill, especially inflated bills. Besides, bill payment facility will be made available at the mobile van. Any type of query related to water supply will also be entertained. Consumers can contact on OCW's number for any query or complaint.
