News : Orangeville Outsourcing Company Looking to Hire 30 Employees
Orangeville, ON, Canada, Sept 21, 2015 -- Millenium1 Solutions is hoping to hire more than 30 people in Orangeville this fall.
Millenium1 Solutions is an office outsourcing company that takes care of many administrative and office duties.
Their clients range from insurance companies, to financial institutions and even government agencies.
"We are a BPO (business process outsourcing) service provider," explained Jennie Bradley, vice-president of back office administration and promotional services.
They have three core areas of expertise: Call centre duties, credit card servicing and back office administration work.
The Millenium1 Solutions Orangeville location is at 695 Riddell Rd.
The company has been in Orangeville for more than 38 years, however, under different names.
Millenium1 solutions has worked under the names Davis and Henderson, Resolve and BDP.
While they have opened two offices outside of Canada, "our intent is to keep our on-shore presence very strong," Bradley said.
Orangeville’s location does primarily back office and administration work for clients.
However, the business is expanding because of a demand for call centre services.
The Orangeville location has 215 employees. There are currently 10 to 15 job openings for back office and administration services.
In October, they expect to hire 15 to 20 more employees for call centre tasks.
