OrderDynamics was among the nine most significant software providers that Forrester Research, Inc. evaluated in this Wave report for Omnichannel Order Management (OMS).
OrderDynamics received among the highest rankings in areas including Cost of Ownership, Typical Deployment Time Frame and received the highest score among all vendors in Revenue Growth.
The report noted that the cloud-based OrderDynamics OMS offers "a user friendly and modern UI for both administrative call center and store associate functions." The OrderDynamics OMS was also cited for "innovative ticketing systems for CSRs to manage the life cycle of customer issues in addition to the core OMS and order routing capabilities."
