News : OSG Billing Services Enters Definitive Agreement to Acquire NCP Solutions
Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA, Nov, 2018 -- OSG Billing Services (OSG), a provider of omnichannel billing and payment solutions, customer engagement and critical customer communication management, announced plans to acquire NCP Solutions, LLC (NCP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Harland Clarke Corp. NCP is a provider in outsourced transactional communications in the financial services industry. The company will continue to be run by the current management team led by Mark Harris.
