News : OSS Networks Rebrands to Enreach

Almere, Netherlands/Riga, Latvia, Sept 27, 2022 -- Enreach, a European group providing converged contact solutions, backed by independent investment firm Waterland Private Equity, welcomes the Baltic cloud-based UC provider OSS Networks under the Enreach brand name. OSS Networks is a cloud communications market challenger in the Baltics, acquired by Enreach in September 2021. One year after joining the group, the rebrand represents a further step in the integration of OSS Networks with Enreach.

The rebranding of OSS Networks creates instant harmonisation of the organisation with Enreach’s full portfolio of converged contact solutions being offered to SME customers. These includes omnichannel cloud contact center solutions (CCaaS), video and chat, productivity solutions as well as its proprietary cloud telephony solution, Enreach Contact.

Stijn Nijhuis, CEO Enreach said, "Today we celebrate the rebranding of OSS Networks to Enreach, another milestone in our joint growth journey. OSS Networks has established itself as a key player in the Baltic states, providing cloud-based solutions to a large port of Baltic SMEs. The Enreach team in Riga is now ready to take the next step, replacing its blue colors with the purples of Enreach, but keeping the same points of contact that customers have today.
