News : OTE, DeTe Open Contact Centre Company in Romania
Romania, March 27, 2015 -- E-value International, which is part of OTE Group and Deutsche Telekom, launched operations in Romania.
The company provides a contact centre services portfolio both in Romania and abroad, ranging from customer care and help desk and technical support services to customer retention and sales development. E-value International is based in Bucharest.
A second site with further 300 workstations in Brasov is scheduled to launch during the second quarter, expanding the company’s operations and addressing regional and international project requirements.
