Wales, Feb 16, 2015 -- Cognia, a provider of secure, cloud PCI compliant payment processing solutions announces, Griffin Place Communications (GPC), is to invest in Cognia’s cloud PCI DSS compliant voice payment processing solution to improve customer experience and payment security.
GPC, the new Wales based contact centre outsourcer specialising in customer care and lead generation, is already working with several retailers and insurance companies.
